Privacy Notice 2018
Under the new GDPR coming into force at the end of May 2018, I am required by law to document what personal information I keep for all clients, whether they be a one-off appointment or regular clients.
At the time of booking your appointment, I will take your name, contact number, and the address where the event will take place.
I am required to keep this information for legal and insurance purposes. All information is kept for a period of 7 years from initial communication after which it will be securely destroyed unless you are still a client of mine. You do have the right to see any information I keep and you can request that any data be changed or securely destroyed. All personal data is stored on my own digital devices, which only I have access to.
I do not use the information for anything other than to contact you regarding your appointment or to discuss matters relating to your event.
I will not pass your personal information to any third party.
I will not use your personal information for marketing purposes although I would like to publish pictures of your events no names will be used. Anyone who is photographed will have been asked for verbal consent (including parents/guardians of children) and will be made fully aware where I will be using the pictures (Facebook, Instagram and business website) the customers right to refuse photos being taken or published is paramount, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Any information was given to me via the message service on my website https://www.sandragrajalesfaceandbodyart.com, my Facebook page: Sandra Grajales Face Painter Art Norwich/London or Instagram: Sandrafacepainter is only accessible by myself, You may request that once I have attended your event all personal data be deleted.
Any information you have given me via text message on my mobile phone is accessible only by myself and my phone is locked with security code and fingerprint recognition. You may request that these text messages are deleted once I have attended your event.
